Our Guiding Principles

People come first

We work with people, not tech. Digital devices may be the tools we use to achieve our goals today, but at our core we’re here to solve problems and build communities.

We do what we say

Open and honest communication is central to a successful project; that’s how we stay accountable and how we learn and develop. We  encourage input at each and every step along the development journey, to ensure an outcome you’ll be delighted with.

Take creative risks

Creativity is our passion and we love original and amazing design that celebrates aesthetics and functionality combining to deliver something unique. We’ll take creative risks but always work within specified constraints to truly meet your needs.

Less is more

Simplicity is key to good design. Done thoughtfully it can create a beautiful, memorable experience that stays with the viewer. What you see informs what you do.

01
SCOPE

The first step on the road to a new website is the Discovery Session. Here we’ll  look to establish the visual direction you want your website to take, what success looks like for Phase One of the project, what your current baseline is, and what we can do to improve it.

02
Design

The Design phase consists of wireframing your site: we’ll create templates for key pages such as the blog, team, sidebar, full width and others. Colour schemes will also be chosen before high-definition versions are created in Abobe XD for sign off.

03
Apply

During this stage you’ll really start to see you website taking shape. The design layout gets its functionality, the design will be coded into a functional marketing tool, and any functionality requests that were discussed in the planning stage will be incorporated.
