Do you build on Shopify or WooCommerce?
Yes, both, when they are the right fit. We also have our own commerce platform, Awe Commerce, which runs TopAV's shop of 2,000+ products. We built it because Shopify and WooCommerce lock down what you can change: on our own system a quoting flow, trade accounts or an AI connection is a few days' work rather than a fight with plugins. How much does it cost?
Websites from £4,000, online shops from £8,000, apps from £15,000, UX fixes from £1,500. Every quote is fixed before we start. Any build can be spread over 12 months with support included, so a website is from £480 a month and a shop from £820, and everything is yours at the end.
How long does a website take?
Usually four to eight weeks for a marketing site. You see a live URL every Friday from the first week, not mockups.
Can you fix a site someone else built?
Yes. A lot of our web development work is taking over sites built by other agencies or on page builders and making them quick, accessible and easy to edit.
What are AEO and AIO?
Answer engine optimisation and AI optimisation: structuring a site so ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI answers can read it and quote it when a buyer asks. The audit at the top of this page shows where you stand today.
Where are you based, and do you work outside Sussex?
Haywards Heath, West Sussex. We work with clients across the UK, mostly remotely, with site visits when a project needs them.
What happens after I send a quote request?
You hear back within one working day with questions and a ballpark. Then a fixed quote, weekly builds you can see, and at the end the code, design files, domain and hosting are all in your name.
Who actually does the work?
Lee Moss, one designer-developer from start to finish, with a second pair of hands brought in for bigger builds. Twenty-five years in the industry and a degree in Web Systems Development.
