We collect as little as we can, keep it only as long as it is useful, and never sell or share it for marketing.

Who we are

Awe Creative is a web and app studio run by Lee Moss in Haywards Heath, West Sussex. For anything about your data, email hello@awecreative.co.uk.

The quote form

When you send a quote request we receive your name, email address, what you need, budget band, timeline and message. It arrives as an email in our inbox, sent through Brevo, our email provider, and we keep it for as long as we are talking to you about the project, or up to two years if we are not. It is not added to a mailing list.

The AI visibility audit

The audit takes the website address you enter and asks ChatGPT, Claude and Google what they say about it. For online shops it also reads product pages from the site and looks up product barcodes. The address and the results are processed by OpenAI, Anthropic and Google, and by Serper, which we use to query Google. Only the site address and product names go to them, never your personal details.

• Results are stored for up to 24 hours so a repeat run of the same site is instant, and longer if you create a link to share them.
• Your IP address is used, in a hashed form, to limit how many free audits one visitor can run in a day.
• If you sign up for a second audit we ask for your name, work email and company, use them to send you a code, and keep them so we can follow up about your results.
• If you ask for a report by email we use that address once, to send it.

Cookies and analytics

The site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics scripts. Our hosting provider, Google Cloud, keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for a limited period for security and reliability.

Where it is processed

The site and its services run on Google Cloud, and email goes through Brevo. The AI providers above may process requests outside the UK under their own safeguards.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to how it is used. Email us and we will sort it within a month. If you are not happy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
